Session Times


 

October - March (Daylight Savings)
 
Sunday                    7:00am, 7.30am on the water
Tuesday                   5:30pm, 6pm on the water
​Wednesday             5:30pm, 6pm on the water (High Intensity)
Thursday                  5:30pm, 6pm on the water
Friday                      9:30am, 10am on the water
 
March - May
 
Sunday                    7:00am, 7.30am on the water
​
May - September
Sunday                    7:30am, 8.00am on the water
​

Requirements:
Ability to swim at least 50 metres.  If unable to, a lifejacket can be provided.

​

What to bring:
Summer :    Shorts and light shirt, hat,  shoes that can get wet,

                    sunscreen, drinking water.

Winter :       Warm layers, hat, sunscreen, drinking water and

                   waterproof jacket for wet weather


Towel and change of clothing for after training.
Paddles available.
