October - March (Daylight Savings)
 
Sunday
Regatta Training                      6:30am, 7am on the water
Beginner/Technical Training   8:30am, 8:45am on the water
 
Tuesday 
High Intensity Paddling                    5:30pm, 6pm on the water
Wednesday 
General Paddling                    5:30pm, 6pm on the water
 
Thursday 
General Paddling                    5:30pm, 6pm on the water
 
March - May
Sunday
Regatta Training                      6:30am, 7am on the water
Beginner/Technical Training    8:30am, 8:45am on the water
May - September
Sunday
General Session Training         7:30am, 8am on the water

Requirements:
Ability to swim at least 50 metres.  If unable to, a lifejacket can be provided.

What to bring:
Summer :    Shorts and light shirt, hat,  shoes that can get wet,

                    sunscreen, drinking water.

Winter :       Warm layers, hat, sunscreen, drinking water and

                   waterproof jacket for wet weather


Towel and change of clothing for after training.
Paddles available.
